One thing that stands out the most about this brand is its use of premium fabrication in our classic wardrobe essentials. When you think about fit, form, and function, Ryllace is on a mission to give us all three.  Think cashmere, mulberry silk, merino wool and linen. Breathable fabrics that are often hard to come by in plus size fashion. But these are becoming more accessible with brands like Ryllace.

“The idea emerged from a growing demand in the marketplace for high quality product with a focus on premium materials and versatility for the plus-size woman.

We put a lot of thought and care into developing this brand to ensure the fit is right, products feel and move like a dream, and every detail is considered for her. The result is a collection that will elevate her style so she can look and feel amazing.” Cornerstone brands President, Claire Spofford

Available up through a size 24, we look to see this collection to expand beyond this size range, especially in this category. But what is interesting about the site is the attention to education and information around fit.

What is most interesting about this brand, is its positioning. When you think about it, there are not too many brands who sit in this category of premium casual… We see Ryllace giving brands like Part & Parcel, Loft and Nordstrom an interesting challenge here.

We shall see what happens with this brand and how they can continue to serve the plus size shopper.

The question is: Is this something that has been missing for you? Does Ryllace speak your language?

Let’s discuss in the comments below!

The fibers are nice but the clothes themselves in these photos, and the styling in general are pretty lacking compared to how well styled and more interestingly designed
the clothes are in the Garnet Hill offerings.
