Many of these plus size brands have been playing around and making quiet changes. From acquisitions, to expanding size ranges, these plus size brands have been busy. And one who you should take another look at is Ashley Stewart.
While Torrid dropped Torrid Studio, Fashion to Figure added FTF Labs, and City Chic has acquired Avenue, Evans, Navabi, Hips & Curves, and CoEdition! Full Beauty changed its name back to One Stop Plus and launched a new younger sister brand, June + Vie. Even Lane Bryant has quietly extended sizing options, especially after selling Catherine’s to the One Stop Plus family!
But let’s get back to the updates from Ashley Stewart… When was the last time you visited the Ashley Stewart website? Their site has been updated and refreshed, and get this!?! They now have most of their plus size options up through a size 34/36! Now, Ashley Stewart has always had extended sizing, but seeing most options up through a size 6X is something to note.
In addition to a range of sizes, and a refreshed website, are the clothing choices. It seems that the site was not the only thing that was being refreshed, and it is appreciated, too. As access to plus size fashion evolves, so must these brands.
So, we thought it was important to show you 15 Reasons (picks) to take another look at what Ashley Stewart is up to. It is like they heard our recommendations for the brand and made a few changes, to keep Ashley Stewart top of mind… and we are here for it.

Do you see what we are talking about? The newness that is a bit more contemporary? Stylized options that inspire us?! We could immediately see these 15 finds on us, in the closet, and paired back with a few fun accessories.
That is how we know that a brand is on to something… it is all about being inspired a bit or being able to see the item beyond the model and on ourselves, no?
You can shop the newness at AshleyStewart.com!
Now, if only a few other brands could listen and take note… especially when it comes to plus size fashion options beyond a size 24. You’d think the plus size brands would be leading the size diversity options… but they are in an interestingly similar space as their straight sized competition.
We have to know, when was the last time that you checked out Ashley Stewart? What do or did you shop them for? Does this update motivate you to keep them on your radar?

I’ve been checking out Ashley Stewart for the last couple months and definitely their style has changed along with the website. I stopped shopping at the store and online for a couple years because it seemed their pitch was to a different demographic. But I’m well pleased at what I’m seeing and have purchased these last few months.
Ohhh what did you buy???
Hi love, the Ashley Stewart article! Thanks for posting.
Just wanted to point something out to you. This article is full of advertisements for style we. Please take a look at their size guide. They are totally off on the measurements and the measurements are nonexistent really. I would love to order some of their items but I am totally afraid to with no sizing measurements. I wish that somehow they could get a better handle on that.
Just thought you would want to know
Will faux on faux, leather midskirt length and a shacket work?
If you want it to!
All that matters is the confidence you wear when you pull it all together!
