Lookin for that New? Here is Your First Look at the JIBRI Fall 2017 Collection!

Are you ready for some fall newness? I know that I am and have been knocking down Jibri’s door for their newest arrivals! Much to my surprise, as I was heading home from New York, she dropped her latest fall collection, and as one who loves a great clean line, Jibri did not disappoint! Contemporary plus size designer, Jibri finally launched her 2017 Fall Collection! Yay! The collection is full of pieces that, for me, are much needed now! Especially as I just cleaned out the closet for fall!

Jibri brought it back to her roots with clean lines, minimalistic silhouettes (of course including her signature ones) and added in a little bit of much desired texture- velvet anyone?!  With green being a must have hue for fall,  Jibri has made it a point to make it stand out.

You’ll be able to see a rocking tones like lime, olive, and even a little electric green! I can dig it!  Skirts, dresses, and statement tops? Oh my!  Jibri is giving me all that I need, to be ready for fall.

JIBRI Fall 2017 was all about glamorous comfort for me. Oversized sweater dresses that double as tunics, distressed knits, brightly colored velvets, soft cocoon cuts paired with bold graphics and classic black and white prints.

I played with the idea of a truly multifunctional garment this season. Booties, pumps, or even stylish sneakers work for almost every piece in the collection.  Of course a couple of statement pieces made the cut. First Look: The Jibri Fall 2017 Collection!

How much fun is this? I still have more than a few pieces from Jibri that have lasted me well over the years!  When it comes to this collection, these pieces easily speak for themselves, I’d even dare to say that accessorizing is not even necessary.

The cuts and pop of colors that the collection carries, are enough on their own. And can we talk about that velvet dress and the skirt? I’m sure you’ve been seeing velvet around, and I’m kind of in love with it!
