So, when it comes to jeans, this is my jam. I do appreciate a great pair of plus size jeans, especially when the fit, form, and fabric are spot on. But when it comes to styling them, do you see jeans as just as casual option? How about black jeans? I barely rock them, but when I do, I try my best to have a little fun with them!

Well, in my latest denim campaign with Old Navy (OMG right?) I pushed myself out of my box and had a bit of fun with how I chose to style my Mid Rise Rockstar Skinny jeans!

Now when it comes to finding and styling my denim, I like to step slightly to the left and always dress up my jeans! I must say, while the cut and shape of the denim depends on my mood, with my black jeans, I am more apt to treat these a bit more like black pants, rather than a pair of jeans!

Yes, they are a great option for casual options, but adding when you treat your jeans as a pair of pants or trousers, your styling options immediately open up!

I mean who said that black denim could not be dressy? Tuh!

Black Plus Size Jeans? They are inherently slick and sleek! Depending on the mood and where I am going, these plus size Mid-Rise Rockstar Skinny Jeans are in no ways basic and can be rocked in more than a few ways! And before I show, let me just share…. these Rockstar jeans? Girl!

With their ‘Built In Sculpt’ technology, I felt held in, without feeling like a sausage; the rise was perfect, the waistband never cut into my fat- listen you know what I mean; and the length was perfect! Ohhh and I rocked them all day and they did NOT get saggy booty on me!

Tucked

You know, I have always admired a great tucked look… however, I do not have hips and my waist is not too much defined. BUT, I did not let this discourage me and I found my own way to rock it out!

Paired with an off the shoulder blouse, tucked in with a pop of color on the heels, this is how I made the look mine:

Cropped

I mean who doesn’t love a great crop? Now, this was a different look for me, but I loved this crop and with the high rise of my jeans, I thought… why not? This look? I am so going to a party in this one! Hehehehe Keeping it sleek with my heels, this look was comfortable, sassy, and festive!

Knotted

3 Ways To Rock Black Plus Size Jeans and My Old Navy Denim Campaign

A classic white tee and denim is always a great go to and fall back! This was also the two items I played with for my Old Navy Denim Campaign! But when I got home and had the chance to make it all mine, I decided to knot the top, throw on my heels and let the jeans do the talking!

Ohhh but let me share with you the official campaign photo! Are you ready? Here you go:

And listen… these puppies are UNDER $50! So you can be under budget with high style! Please do not sleep on Old Navy plus size jeans (up to a size 30!!!!) for a viable option when you are building your denim wardrobe (yes, denim wardrobe!)

What do you think of my looks? How I styled them? Are you a fan of black jeans? Let’s chat!

Your page is called Curvy but it’s really about Plus, and that’s nice enough. You look great in your Old Navy Plus jeans. However, I need an actual curvy cut. Big thighs, big butt, very tiny waist. Take a Kardashians, add weight proportionally, and you’ve got me. Old Navy’s curvy cuts are only in the regular sizes. I’ll keep looking…
