I've really love getting to connect with all of you. It's been amazing to see all the incredible men, and women reclaiming stigma around their bodies. Seeing others love themselves, has shown me how to start loving myself. And for that I am so grateful, and so in awe of the power of social media. The only issue I truly have is how accustom we've become to seeing pictures (like this one of me) where people curate moments that only show the "ups". Often this happens without acknowledging that sometimes even the most confident of us have bad days. I have some days where I wake up feeling ugly, and unworthy. Days where despite truly believing in body love… I don't love my own body. And sometimes I feel isolated because of those feelings. Because I'm not always 100%. That being said… I have created a "Body Positivity" group on @hihuddle I'm hoping it can be a place where– together we can build a peer support group. One where we can have honest conversations about things we're dealing with in a safe, and judgement free zone. If you're interested in joining click my #linkinbio and create a video post in the group (you can do this anonymously if you choose) I'd love to hear about your experiences — both good and bad. #strongertogether #snappedbyanastasia #ad
