Well, save the date, mark your calendars because Plus size supermodel Tess Holliday will be officially launching her book The Not So Subtle Art of Being a Fat Girl: Loving the Skin You’re In at Curvy Fashion Festival in the UK! The Curve Fashion Festival is in partnership with New Look and is the largest plus size fashion event in the UK. Joining her, is the Internet’s Best Friend and fellow author, Grace F. Victory!
First off, let’s talk about how dope Tess Holliday’s book title is. It’s like a curvy girl’s homage to literature!
Mark your calendars because to celebrate the August 29th release of the book, Tess will be attending the UK plus size fashion festival on September 9th with books available to purchase onsite!
“It’s been SO difficult keeping this secret, but Mama wrote a book & it’s coming out soon! The Not So Subtle Art of Being A Fat Girl is all about discovering how to love your body, love, life, heartbreak and more! Follow me on my journey of loving the skin you’re in,” said Tess.
Tess will be returning to the festival for her 3rd year. “We are thrilled to welcome Tess back for a 3rd year. Ever since the beginning Tess has been an avid supporter of the festival and we are excited to share in her incredible news! Tess is always a star attraction at the event and this is another great way for Tess to be able to meet her fans and talk about her new book,” noted Curve Fashion Festival Director, Zoe Ellis-Pennick.
Joining Tess will be the gorgeous YouTube sensation and “Internet’s Big Sister,” Grace F. Victory, who will take to the “How To” stage to host her segment, “How to Be a Digital Influencer.” Major key! Grace also recently announced her debut book No Filter, which is hitting the shelves this month!
