Sister design team behind Big Girls United (B.G.U.) that showcased in Full Figured Fashion Week NY last year, have been busy! With a site relaunch last season, B.G.U. tease us again with a sneak peek preview of their newest collection entitled Chameleon.

B.G.U. 2011 Chameleon Collection Sneak PeekThink sex appeal, feminine sportiness mixed with conservative spice and you have the stunning new 2011 Chameleon collection by plus-size designer, BGU (Big Girls United).  After years of executing trendy, ready-to-wear designs that have been worn by celebrities and women who appreciate style, limitless imagination and vogue, BGU is bringing in 2011 with pieces that cater to a woman’s desire to be versatile for any occasion.

To celebrate the debut of Chameleon, BGU is holding a sneak peek showcase on Saturday, November 13, 2010, from 7 PM- 10 PM at Caramel City Hair Salon, 1446 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY.  Fashion aficionados, clientele and media outlets will be able to have a first look at pieces such as the Simone Dress.  This irresistible creation is a flattering short in the front, long in the back dress embodied in a soft jersey fabric with a seductive draped criss-cross neckline coupled with a effeminate intricate ruffle on the lower portion of the dress.

Guests will able to make exclusive pre-sale orders for their favorite pieces during the showcase, with sizes ranging from 12-28.  This unique opportunity will afford guests the chance to guarantee their colors and sizes before the collection makes its general public debut. Light refreshments and wine will be served while attendees mingle between featured looks.

So, if you are in New York and have an eye for style and fashion, you must be there!

  1. I’m sorry you lost me with that dress… its just awful. I mean actually exclaimed loudly when I saw it. THAT’S JUST AWFUL! A visceral reaction.

  2. Ok That was harsh and i would delete it but can’t figure out how. I really don’t like the dress but would love to see what else is in the line!
