FFFWeek 2014 Recap: Full Figured Fashion Week Eloquii and Redbook Private Shopping Event

We are back for another Full Figured Fashion Week recap, an event that will surely be missed and hopefully brought back sooner than later! By providing an arena for brands, the community, and the industry to connect, Full Figured Fashion Week holds a near and dear place to not only my heart, but to many within the community as well!

Friday afternoon, plus size brand Eloquii linked up with Redbook Magazine to host a private shopping soirée during Full Figured Fashion Week, that was filled with such ana amzing and diverse crowd of fans, friends, and influencers in the plus community!  

No seriously!

Eloquii invited plus size fashion bloggers, plus size models, media and real life UBER fans of the brand! We were able to shop the newest arrivals and preview the latest to come from Eloquii.

Held at the London Hotel in midtown Manhattan, we were treated to manicures, tarot card readings, cocktails, and delicious bites!

Creative director, Joni Arnold and Redbook Senior Fashion Editor Cristina Pearlstein greeted us, snapped photos, and chatted about the evolution of the brand.

But wait. I had a fangirl moment though. I was able to hug up on Emme AND I got to meet plus size models Julie Henderson and Marquita Pring! Like. These women are sooo sweet and amazing and cool. Heheheh that I was fangirling over them! YES.

I was rocking this bright pink drop waist dress from G’wan by Charon and felt so sweet and feminine! YES, ma’am!

It was a great event, so good to see fellow blogger buddies and boos that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to meet! It was a great event and I had a blast! My phone died while there, so I copped these photos from Eloquii of the event!
