FFFWeek 2012 Indie Designer Showcase: Jibri

I am so happy that Jasmine Elder, the force behind Jibri took home the FFFWeek Industry Designer of the Year Award! And rightfully so! This designer, is quite near and dear to me! Every time she drops a collection, the interwebs go bananas! Seriously! The many times that I have featured her, she never disappoints.

For Full Figured Fashion Week, she kept it classy and FUNKY, as only she knows how to! If you aren’t familiar, she isn’t for the shy honies. Dedicated to creating garments for the fashion-conscious, curvy woman, Jibri was launched in 2006 and named after her mentor in fashion. Since then, she has been designing “high fashion chic and urban street sleek” fits for the discerning plus size woman.

For Full Figured Fashion Week, she did not miss any steps! Sleek body con dresses, contrasted with her high waisted funky pants, back to her signature high waist full skirts, she gave you something to yearn for! I am here for all of this.

Take a peek at some of my favorite looks:
