Recently I was diagnosed with depression and PTSD and i isolated myself from Everyone and everything. I felt hopeless and helpless and felt like nobody loved me. But once I told my sister how I feel, she made me feel like life is worth living. She checks up on me making sure I eat. She tell jokes. And gives great advice. Iโm nominating her because for the past few years she has lost so much, but been their for everyone who knows her. Despite the loss of her career, home, 2 adored cats, most of her personal possessions and a lot of pride and humility. Lisa has persevered. Sheโs always available to her friends and has turned house sitting into a lucrative lifestyle. She travels too. Everyone that knows her is always delighted to spend time with her and not afraid to call on her to watch their home, children, pets or all three at the same time. She is truly a unique and blessed woman. Iโm proud to call her my best friend forever.
