Thinx has made steps into being a more widely accessible and inclusive brand by introducing Thinx for All, which launches today! Thinx for All is a new collection of period underwear at a more approachable price point AND an extended size range!
If you are unfamiliar with the concept of period underwear, like Thinx, it is a wearable garment meant to be in replacement of disposable (and often wasteful) period products like tampons and pads. Period underwear is specifically designed to wick moisture away, block odors, and prevent leaks.
I’m so thrilled that this expansion enables us to get more Thinx Inc. underwear into more underwear drawers — and less period waste in landfills. As someone who went through a long journey with IVF, and two births in my forties, I know first-hand how Thinx can bring about revolutionary changes in personal health and wellness.
Maria Molland, Thinx Inc., CEO.
Thinx wanted to bring sustainable period products to a wider audience and listened to customer feedback when developing Thinx for All.
Our customers have been asking for more accessible price points and sizing, and we listened, which is why we’ve worked so hard to make Thinx for All™ a reality. Everyone deserves a better way to period, and Thinx for All™ is one major step toward our vision for a healthier world.

The Thinx for All line has been created as an affordable introduction to their premium line. Thinx collections (which now includes activewear, which they launched in January).
Here’s what you can expect from the new Thinx for All line
A Much More Affordable Price Point
Each pair of underwear in the new Thinx line will retail for $17 each! In the regular Thinx collection, some panties can cost up to $42 a pair! This is a great opportunity to try out period panties if you’ve ever been curious and were hesitant to purchase due to the higher price point.
Inclusive Sizing
If you are familiar with the Thinx line and sizing, you may know that they currently go up to a 3X – BUT according to the size chart, their 3X is equivalent to a US size 18. With their Thinx for All line… they have a brand new size chart, with sizes XS (0-2) – XL (16-18), AND new plus sizing X (14w) – 4X (28W-30W)!
Now THAT’S definitely much more inclusive!
We wanted to know if the new size chart would only apply to the Thinx for All line or be applicable throughout the Thinx range.. and we did get confirmation that Thinx premium underwear products will also be expanding into extended sizes this year.
We are sooo pumped about this!
Plus size folks deserve accessible period products! Sometimes tampons and pads are not accessible for fat folks or people with mobility issues who menstruate. Having the ability to have access to period absorbing underwear via mass retailers up to a size 30W is truly a wonderful thing.
What Are Your Options?!
The Thinx for All line will be available in Brief, Bikini, and Hi-Waist styles, in two colors – Black and Gray.
All styles will be available in both Moderate (holds up to 3 regular tampons’ worth) and Super (holds up to 5 regular tampons’ worth) absorbencies.

Where To Buy:
Beginning today, you’ll be able to purchase Thinx for All products in select Target stores and on Target.com. Later this year, CVS and Urban Outfitters will carry the line in the U.S., and London Drugs will carry it in Canada, with additional mass retailers to follow!
Since our founding, Thinx has been a competitor to disposables. Thinx for All is a natural progression as it allows this game-changing product to be sold at a more accessible price point and at retailers where consumers are already purchasing period products.
Additionally, the new line allows Thinx to reach ten times our retail store distribution via several new partnerships.
Lyndsey Arnold, VP of Partnerships, Thinx, Inc.
We love that a more sustainable period product is available to a wider range of people! We think $17 for a pair of reusable undies that can absorb up to 5 tampons worth is amazing, AND we love that they adjusted their size chart to be much more accurate and inclusive to plus size folks who get their period!
Have you ever been curious about period underwear? Will you be giving Thinx for All a try?! We would love to know your thoughts about it!
I’m seeing very narrow crotches, can anyone who has tried them comment on this?
I know a narrow crotch is an issue in my underwear (chaffing), so I’d be an even bigger issue in period underwear (side leaks).
Thanks!
