Stop the Presses.
You hear that right. Scooped from Plus Model Mag, I hurriedly jumped over to the Target Plus Size section and was happily shocked!
Yes, Target Plus Size Bridesmaid Dresses are now online and have happily caught my attention, and hopefully yours too.
All of this comes at a time where there are whispers of a new plus size department coming to the Target Stores and I wonder if this is a part of what is to come. If it is, I think Target is coming around… we shall see!
But check this out; there are FOURTY THREE Dress options here. With sizes up to a 28W and NOTHING OVER $129.99! Most dresses hover around the $65 dollar range and I am okay with this! With 10 colorways to choose from, this makes me happy and elated to see new options, especially as many of these can double as cocktail dresses (I already see one that I imagine as a fun spring dress option!)
Let me stop talking and share with you:

Jennifer Lansing of the product development team shares on A Bullseye View a bit about the collection:
“At Target, we’re known for providing the style and design our guests wants, and that will hold true with TEVOLIO, as well. These are the dress styles brides and their maids are most excited about, so we built our assortment from there. Strapless dresses are doing really well for us, so we’re adding more strapless designs in an assortment of fabrics. And “pink lemonade” and “stoplight red” are some of our new colors that brides love!
The best part? Gowns come in sizes 2 to 28. The average bride has 3.5 women in her wedding party, so we wanted to include a range of sizes so everyone can look and feel great.
We make sure that each of our dresses has something special. For example, some dresses have a removable flower pin. You can wear the dress with or without it. Many of our dresses have pockets—even bridal gowns. We know that most brides don’t exactly carry a handbag during the ceremony. And she needs lipstick!”
