We interviewed transgender and non-binary people that self-identify as fat about their opinions on androgyny in fat fashion.
Since we have been sharing different pieces of art on the blog, I have been even more determined to show and share those who celebrate us, showcase us, and give us a chance to see the beauty in our shapes. It really does a lot here for those who have left comments, messages, and have shared with their friends!
So, on my search for plus size art, I found a really cool set from this New York based artist, Simini Blocker. While she has a variety of pieces and collections, this Swimsuit Season collection spoke to me for soooo many reasons, but the most important one being diversity.
This collection makes me smile, seeing various shapes and sizes rocking out in their swimwear, perfectly timed for the all the new arrivals of plus size swim! Take a looksee:
