ATLANTA–Luxury, femininity, and wellness merged seamlessly at the grand opening of B Beautiful Medical Spa, Atlanta’s newest self-care destination, on Sunday, March 30. Founded by Briana Kelly, a licensed practical nurse and seasoned entrepreneur, the chic Chamblee-based spa welcomed guests—including beauty insiders, influencers, and a host of Atlanta’s glam elite—to celebrate a new standard in skincare.
Guests arrived on Peachtree Road to a curated outdoor experience complete with floral centerpieces, chandelier fixtures, fresh charcuterie, crafted cocktails, and vibey tunes spun by DJ Nutty. A pink carpet led invitees inside the state-of-the-art med spa, where personalized skincare consultations, fragrance samplings, and exclusive grand opening specials were all part of the luxe rollout.

But the vision behind this stunning launch? It’s personal.
“This aesthetic is actually inspired by how I decorate my own home,” Briana told The Curvy Fashionista. “I wanted guests to feel like they were walking into a VIP fragrance section at Saks or Neiman Marcus—with champagne, personalized care, and a beautiful atmosphere.”
With over 10 years in the medical field and a successful home healthcare agency under her belt, Briana is now channeling her expertise into the beauty world.
“I’ve been in the medical field for a while now…so this was just something a little more fun for me to explore,” she shared. “I personally have a thing for beauty and skincare, so this was the perfect blend.”

This was intimately thought out and it shows. B Beautiful offers more than just a pretty face. The spa’s menu includes medical-grade facial rejuvenation treatments like microneedling, collagen boosters, Botox, dermal fillers, and premium skincare lines rarely offered elsewhere in Atlanta. Briana’s personal favorites?
“The Belmont Facial Exfoliant—it gives you an instant glow, the Luminous Pearl Moisturizer for hydration, and the P50 toner by Biologique—it instantly tightens and lifts.”

Among the standout guests was V-103’s Jazzy McBee, who shared:
“Beauty means self-care. Anything can be beauty. We’re already beautiful in our own right—we just got to keep up with it. I always look at things as embellishments, not enhancements.”
McBee emphasized the importance of supporting Black women entrepreneurs, adding:
“We gotta support our women, especially in this climate.”

Another special guest arrival, Suzette Samuel (luxury realtor and motivational speaker), echoed the same sentiment.
“I’m looking forward to connecting with other entrepreneurs,” she said. “It’s important for us to support each other.”
Reflecting on her journey from New York to Atlanta’s business scene, Samuel states that in regards to skincare, overall health of what you consume manifests on the outside:
“I cleaned up my image…I think we want to take pride in our appearance. What I’m learning now is that we reflect what we put inside us.”

As guests explored the spa and posed on the step and repeat, Briana remained focused on her mission: “I want customers to get a full experience—see real results in their skin, discover premium products, and just feel good from beginning to end.”
With elegance, intention, and Black woman excellence at the core, B Beautiful Medical Spa is more than a med spa—it’s a movement toward empowered beauty and elevated wellness.
