Overseas, plus size high fashion is booming. Whether new collaborations are forming, campaigns brewing, or just new collections that take our breath away, there is a wave and rising current and I approve and love it.

Case and point? The latest look book from Pauline et Julie, a French Plus Size label, that I became familiar with thanks to Gaelle from The Curvy and Curly Closet. See, she has been a model for, a fangirl of, and a cheerleader for this brand and I liked their aesthetic. There are quite a few things from this collection that I want to add to my closet, asaptually.

Let me share with you their latest look book, because it is cute and I LOVE the diversity!

But let me back up, in sizes 42-54, Pauline et Julie is not for the shy woman. For the woman who wants to defy, break boundaries, challenge stereotypes, and to MAKE A STATEMENT, Pauline et Julie is quite the collection. Artsy, sassy, and fashionable? Yes.

This one is my favorite:

Surprise in the back! WOOT!

While the collection you can view now, their online store is not open YET, but make sure you follow Pauline et Julie on Facebook and on Twitter (and subscribe here too!) to stay in the know!

What do you think? Is this something you could see yourself wearing? Too edgy? Where could you see yourself playing in this to? Leave a comment and let us know!
