Founded by 3P Consulting, a group dedicated to raising the profile of plus size creatives, the event will encompass a fashion review and runway show (with over 100 models!) and a Curvy Boss Panel, with our fave Marie Denee participating.

On the founding of 3P Consulting, Treona says, โEverywhere I turned, I saw the same faces and bodies. I didnโt see anybody who looked like me and I certainly didnโt find a management agency with a roster full of meโs. So I created one.โ

So what is happening this weekend?
Curvy Bosses Panel
โThe event received so much interest, that we added a second day.ย On July 6th, weโll host the โCurvy Boss Panel,โ says 3P Consulting partner, Mikel Brabham.ย
The panel will discuss the burgeoning interest in the plus size industry, and have both established โcurvy bosses,โ as well as up and comers.
Essence of Curves Panelists include: Mo Vaughn, Kim Baker, our EIC, Marie Denee, andย Donya Manning โ all powerhouses in their own right!!
A Runway Show Focused on Inclusivity
โWe have over 100 models walking in the runway show, with 10 different designers.โ says Treona. โWe assembled an all star team of model coaches.ย People are flying in from all over the United States, and weโre excited to have such a powerful show.โ
An Emphasis on Inclusivity
โEOC is different from other plus size fashion events because we foster an environment of inclusion. It was important to us that we highlight men and women who do not have experience in the modeling arena,โ
