Last August, I shared with you that Levi’s introduced a new way of fitting jeans on women- THE most SCARIEST and frustrating thing for a woman to shop for! Well making it a tad bit easier, LEVI’s has introduced a new fit to the CURVE ID collection:
SUPREME CURVE
Designed to sit lower in the front and higher in the back for coverage that “truly enhances the shape of a curvy body,” Supreme Curve has been introduced to address fit concerns for the fuller figured and curvier woman. The latest campaign features some of our most recognizable faces in plus size fashion! I really like this campaign and I cannot wait to get my curves into these jeans!
“Women with a really curvy body have the most difficult time finding jeans that fit because most jeans are just too low in the back,” added Mary Alderete, global vice president of women’s marketing for Levi’s. “We tested this fit on women around the world and the response was incredible. Finally, jeans that fit and flatter real curves!”
Currently available up to a 34, Levi’s will make the SUPREME CURVE available up to a size 38 (36 and 38 in the Fall 2011) in its jeans (roughly a size 18/20). The Supreme is available in select stores and will also be available online at Levi.com.
What are the other Fits? If you are not a Curvier woman? Are you Fashionably Full Figured with a different or no shape? No worries! These cuts below will be available up to a size 38 as well!
Slight Curve – designed to celebrate straight figures
Slight Curve is designed to define a woman’s waist, while accentuating her curves. If jeans fit in the hips and thighs but are too tight in the waist, a woman should try the Slight Curve.
Demi Curve – designed to fit even proportions
Demi Curve is designed to flatter a woman’s waist, while smoothing her shape. If jeans usually fit in the waist, but don’t flatter the figure, a woman should try the Demi Curve.
Bold Curve – designed to honor genuine curves
Bold Curve is designed to hug the waist, without gapping or pulling. If jeans fit in the hips and thighs, but gap in the back, a woman should try the Bold Curve.

Enjoy!
hmmmm interesting I will have to look more into it. Thanks for sharing!
I know!!! I am quite excited and interested to see!!! (CROSSES FINGERS!!) I hope that they work fabulously for jeans!
have you tried the curve jeans yet? if so, how would you compare them to pzi jeans? i’ve tried pzi jeans and loved the fit, hesitant to try anything else until i went to the levi’s website. unfortunatley i may have to order online (i live in no man’s land in Fayetteville, NC and have yet to find someplace here that has the bold or supreme curve in the levis).
thanks
Nae
I tried the supreme curve and I am really satisfied with the fit. I am about 31 inches in the waist and 45 in the hip. PZI Jeans and the DKNY Soho jean also fit really well. I have yet to try CJ by Cookie Johnson and Not Your Daughters Jeans.
