Nope, nope, no, and NO. I invested a couple days ago in some Kady pants to go with my gorgeous new linen-blend blazer (the fabric IS really nice) and learned that the new company Eloquii is under (1) doesnโt do price adjustments (which just cost me about $60) and (2) will only allow a free return if you get your refund on a gift card. If you want your money back to whatever payment you used, itโs going to cost you $10.99. Yes, you heard me: TEN dollars and NINETY-NINE cents to get YOUR OWN MONEY back in your pocket. Buyer beware. Eloquii is not what it used to be. It used to be my go-to for years (Iโm an OG from The Limited offshoot days, and then when it returned years later and even regularly drove an hour to shop in the store). But these new โbusiness practicesโ donโt offset this nice spring collection. If you want something, be absolutely sure before you buy it. I wonโt be buying anything ever again from that site. Hurts my heart to lose it.
