Inspired to Shop By Your Shape with Fitbay

I currently have a pile of clothes lying around that has to be donated JUST because I shopped online without knowing my right size. Knowing how one brand will “really” fit and how to rock it can be a bit of a gamble BUT thanks to technology and a few innovative companies, we have help!

After inviting me to test them out, I was asked to share my thoughts and experiences with you! Today, meet Fitbay! This new company will help us shop by our shape, take a peek at how women our size and/or shape looked in items we have or are looking to buy! How about that!

Fitbay is this innovative brand marrying fit and inspiration, helping us to navigate the wide world of fashion.

Thanks to the help of “Body Doubles” I can scroll through the suggestions to get a better idea of how a brand works for me- all of this after I share with them my weight, height, and give them a few more details in their survey. From there, I play along with them, giving them a few fave brands that I love and live in. From there, I am given a few suggestions and scroll away!

Now, because I tend to be on the rebellious side, I also checked out those whose body match was lower, as I wanted to see what they were rocking and how or if it looked any different from how it looked on me! It was cool to see how others put together looks and fits, and made it work for them!

I started uploading (I need to do some more) my own pics and styles to share my shape (because I wanted to play along) and interestingly enough, not only do you upload your pics, but you tag the items/brands you are wearing as well as the size you wear! Brilliant, as you can see what sizes others are wearing and are able to gauge their fit based on shape AND size.

Even as we follow other outfit bloggers, this is for the everyday woman too! Not only are we looking at perfectly polished looks, but fitting room and mirror shots too! I like that too! And that is not only it… you can also “Discover” new fashion finds based on your size and shape too! Like if you click the discover tab, this is what was waiting for me:
