Gloves aren’t just for keeping warm us anymore! Plus size gloves are a fun way to show off your unique style and add DRAMA to your look!
Last weekend, I had the pleasure of being the co-host for the Jibri Holiday Appreciation Party in Atlanta and I had so much fun! You see, now that JIBRI has a showroom, if you are ever in the Atlanta area (she’s right outside Atlanta proper), you can swing by to try on, test out, and chat up Jasmine Elder, the creator behind the contemporary plus size label!
And what does her location mean for us? More plus size fashion events and an awesome in person place to shop!
No stranger to a Pop-Up shop or event, Jasmine made sure that there was plenty to enjoy! From awesome holiday cocktails (they were really nice), the fanciest of bites to nibble on, and access to all of her signature, past collections, the most recent holiday collection, samples, and brand new pieces that have YET to hit the site, Jasmine made sure that guests were treated to an experience!
In a constant flow of traffic, guests made their way into the shop from the moment the clock struck six up until the second the event ended! A few traveled from Alabama to attend and to score a few items! Some guests were formally introduced to the collection in person and played dress up in more than a few pieces! It was so much fun!
And me? I played along like we were all besties, reuniting after a long time apart! Jasmine dressed me in her latest pieces, and I felt like a million dollars! My peplum and midi combo tickled me so! My waist was snatched and the fit was so much fun!
Hehehe, we dressed up, talked quality, cut, fit, and fabric! Some guests reunited from middle school and others became fast homies! It was truly a celebratory event!
Thank you Jasmine for allowing me to host your JIBRI Holiday Appreciation! If you missed the event and wanted to get down to the JIBRI showroom, you can always visit and make an appointment!
In the meantime, make sure you get a chance to visit the JibriOnline.com shop!
Have you shopped JIBRI? What do you have from her? Have you been to her showroom?
