Why We’ve Launched The Curve Behind the Story
For years, The Curvy Fashionista has made it our mission to spotlight the creators shaping plus size culture; designers through our You Oughta Know series, influencers in our Plus Influencer Spotlight, and entrepreneurs in our Curvy Boss Spotlight.
Now, we’re turning the page to honor a new wave of voices: the authors writing plus size characters with heart, joy, and humanity.
The Curve Behind the Story: Author Spotlight is our new editorial series celebrating the writers who dare to imagine worlds where plus size characters fall in love, save the day, take up space, and own every page.
Why This Matters Right Now
Representation in fiction isn’t just a trend, it’s a reflection of how we see ourselves and the world around us.
