About Hipstick Legwear
Hipstik Legwear was founded in 2016 by Laura McGuire (with her husband Jason Clewell) to fix everything wrong with traditional tights, the digging waistbands, rolling, and confusing sizing. Made in the USA by women, Hipstik uses a patent-pending low-rise lace waistband that sits on the hips with a silicone grip, plus a body-shape sizing system (sizes A through H, pant sizes 2 to 24) that fits by hip shape and height rather than weight, including plus sizes. The woman-owned brand has since been acquired by a private buyer.
