  1. Which look/item from the look book did you like the most? Definitely the makeup from the opening page, but the AX Paris Sequin Dress look was my favorite!

How would you rock? I would rock it with a bold red or purple lip (maybe Pure Heroine or Ruby Woo), a nice smokey-eye, and a lovely pair of red pumps. I would keep the look the same (black blazer also). Since it is a little cold down here in SC, would potentially wear a red or purple scarf to accent the lipstick a bit.

Do you already have Valentine’s Date plans? My boyfriend is surprising me, so no I have no idea what he has planned. I did sneak and enter us into a contest to win tickets to see a movie and dinner. If he fails at plans, I will squeeze those in there!

Which items from Simply Be are at the top of your list? I want to buy some Royal Blue and White garments for sorority events, so anything in those colors has my attention!

  2. I love that you included us single gals. The “Single Ready to Mingle” look is my favorite. This would also be a step out my comfort zone since I tend to shy away from skinny jeans.

  3. Floral Lace Shell Top and Lucy High Waisted Skinny Jeans. Hubby and I usually spend Valentine’s Day very lowkey and dinner together and watch movies.

  4. Which look/item from the look book did you like the most? I definitely love the Two Tone Sequin Dress from AX Curve! That dress is the
How would you rock? This dress will bring out my confidence to already high. So of course I would paired it a nude lip and some nice black sensible (comfortable) but also stylish shoes to pair this look and since it is going to be freezing on V-Day, I would also wear a cute faux leather jacket.
Do you already have Valentine’s Date plans? Of course! I am going to the movies to see Fifty Shades of Grey! I know, it is crazy but I think it goes with the theme, somewhat, lol.
Which items from Simply Be are at the top of your list? I pretty much like everything from the look book that you (Marie) has done so far. So I really don’t have a particular favorite.

  5. I absolutely love the work then werk look. I can see myself pulling off this look. However this year we are going to do a family valentines day, so I would wear the galentines day look. I am super excited to see what we all come up with.

  6. The one I’d be most likely to wear would be the Floral Lace Shell Top and Lucy High Waisted Skinny Jeans in indigo with Jessica Simpson nude heels. Perhaps minus the heels, I like boots especially in this winter!

  7. I love love love the Ax paris dress. So sexy and complimenting to the curves. I would pair with a blazer for both day and evening. Planning on going out and painting the town black with my love.

  8. Which look/item from the look book did you like the most? I love the work to werk dress and blazer. So cute, fun yet a little classy.
How would you rock? I’d wear this with my gold heels and subtle gold earrings.
Do you already have Valentine’s Date plans? Kids basketball and soccer games count? Getting our bathroom paint and tile redone count? Other than that, I need to work on it.
Which items from Simply Be are at the top of your list? I just hopped on this sight so still getting acquainted.

    • I love them all, but the Galentine’s Day is me all the way. This would be great for a day with my boo at the Mall shopping, then lunch and the Date Night outfit would be for going out to dinner with a few of our friends on the 14th to celebrate my boo’s birthday since it’s on the 15th.

  9. Which look/item from the look book did you like the most?
I love the black jacket and skirt with the gold top.

    How would you rock?
    The exact same way!

Do you already have Valentine’s Date plans?
Nope! probably chilling at home with Netflix

Which items from Simply Be are at the top of your list?
The cobalt blue items are gorgeous.

  10. Every last one of those looks are HOT and you look so gorg, sugarplum! My absolute fave, though, is the red lace top and jeans. I love simple, sexy and comfortable, and you’ve got that in spades in that outfit. Get it!

  11. My favorite look from the look book is Date Night hands down. Not too flashy, yet still makes you look and feel beautiful. LOVE all of the colors. I would rock it with either a hot pink or a berry colored lip, with simple eye make up. Not much shadow but thick long lashes to stand out with that bold lip without overdoing it. Hair I’d keep naturally curly. I don’t have valentines date plans. My favorite simply be outfit is a dress I’ve been watching for a long time but can’t afford just yet. The Project D London Piccadilly maxi dress. Elegant and beautiful! My first blog comment giveaway entry. This is fun:)

  12. I love the “from desk to drinks” look! It’s got a classy yet super cute thing going on.
If eating pizza and watching some netflix counts as plans, then I guess I do have plans for valentines day

I hadn’t heard of simply be until now but I think I’m in love!
It’s hard to pick favorites with such a huge selection but I really love the classic look of the Contrast Collar Swing Dress! I also really like the Longline Cardigan.

  13. The “Work then Werk” look is speaking all kinds of things to me. It’s both practical and sexy, which is my favorite kind. But I can see the “Galentine’s” outfits fitting nicely into my wardrobe as well.

  14. Imma big “dress” girl. So of course my favorite looks in the look book were the Anna Scholz Blue Tie looking dress. I also liked the A/X Gold Sequin Mid Tone Dress.

I never really had a valentine date and I don’t think Imma have one this year. But I do like to take myself out to a play or something. SELF LOVE is always good. 🙂

  15. I love the idea of making a body-con dress work from the office to drinks. My favorite looks were the blazer and blue swirly body con dress and the sequin 2-1 dress. I need both of those like right meow!

  16. I love the Galentine’s Day outfit in the lookbook. I wouldn’t change anything about it, I’ll wear it how it is. And no I don’t have any plans for vday unless someone surprise me. Also on Simply Be I’m really loving the hi lo style shirt nd blouse.
