You know, my life is mostly laid back… and since I work from home, the business casual look is usually me in my pjs… or a chill maxi lounge dress. #REALTALK HOWEVER, there are moments when I have a meeting to run to. Since my mother raised a lady, I know enough to know how to transition easily in between a few worlds and this is one of the things I like about IGIGI and the dresses they offer- Plus size business and plus size wear to work options.

So for today’s look, I rocked out in the Igigi Garnet Dress in Beryl Chartreuse that they sent to me to test out. This faux wrap dress spoke to me for a few reasons but the first one being the print. I loved the mixture of earth tones and this green… I REALLY LIKED IT. Add to this that it is a wrap? The silhouette is a classic. No matter which season, how many umpteen years from now, I can still pull this puppy out and it will still rock out.
Actually I felt really sexy in this dress. Loving how this dress played up my assets, as I soaked up the sun? All of this. I paired this dress with my Michael Antonio Pointed Toe Pumps I cored from HauteLook? YES please!
My Style: Dressing Up in Igigi
Accenting in gold jewels, I had a bit of fun here.
When it comes to Igigi, you can definitely find yourself playing around in a few sizes- catering to your own personal comfort and style choice. As a size 16, I usually stick to the 14/16 sizing, but if I wanted something more fitted, like the dress I rocked to the conference from the weekend, I went down a size to make sure this baby was fitted! LOL Like this one, the mixed media Nicolette Peplum Dress in Berry.
