I am really hyped about this conference. I have been a long reader of and the fact that they are showing Los Angeles some love? Well, this is kind of amazing.

Next week Friday, November 8, 8:30–5:30 PM at the W Hotel West Hollywood, a few of Los Angeles’s fashion leaders, influencers, and business insiders will come together for a fashion filled event to share how they “made it” in the industry. And I am here for all of this.

In more ways than one! But first, let me tell you who is headlining this conference, that has me hyped: “How to Make It” West Coast Conference "How to Make It" West Coast Conference

Designer L’Wren Scott, costume designer Lyn Paolo (my boo from Scandal and Shameless), DIY guru Erica Domesek of P.S. I Made This, and so many more will be in attendance for the first West Coast conference!

And when I say sooo many more, I mean it! Like designers Clare Vivier, Robert Rodriguez, Grace Lee, Heidi Merrick, and Geren Lockhart. Stylists like Emily Current and Meritt Elliott, Karla Welch, Cher Coulter,  and Ilaria Urbinati! Editors such as Who What Wear editorial director Hilary Kerr, Pose founder Alisa Gould-Simon, Zoe Report Editorial Director Megan Gustashaw, and Byrdie editorial director Britt Aboutaleb.

BUT, there is more!

Post + Beam director Kelly Howard, social media expert Macala Wright and Bollare Communications founder Alle Fister! But there is sooo much more to this; THIS part has me really hyped.

All attendees who sign up will be guaranteed a one-one-one mentoring session with an expert in your field! And GUESS WHO is a mentor???
