Slim Bashar Brown, 31, discovered his overweight clients hated having to go to salons to get their hair cut where all the facilities were designed for normal-sized people. So Bashar, from Rainham, Kent, decided to open the UKs first hair salon for fat people giving them their very own hairdressing haven. Bashar spent £5,000 making sure his entire salon was fat friendly complete with special seats, gowns, and even wider-neck basins for washing hair.
