  1. Wooot! Congratulations on 5 years Marie! Now, the boots. The Flore and the Denver are giving me life. I have recently started wearing skinny jeans and I love the way they look with a knee-high boot.

  2. I’m loving the Olson (black and gold) boots! I’d wear them with black jeggings and make the boots the highlight of the outfit!

  3. Congrats Marie! I love that you start the month off with one of my favorite things in the whole world “boots.” It was especially tough to pick one style they are all off the hook but I think my fav would have to be the platform knee-high “BACH” boots in any of the colors of suede. I’d rock them with my staple dark wash skinny jeans, cute top, yummy scarf, and cropped jacket:)

  4. Happy 5 year anniversary! Your blog is amazing. I love your style and you give great tips on being curvy and fashionable!

  5. So, I’ve been totally boot crazy lately (duh) and am dying for a pair of over the knee, was just checking out “Vespa” the other day. Make it mine! 🙂

  6. Just looked at the selection on Duoboots.com. Purdy in purple have my name all over them. What better way to turn 48 on Jan. 3rd with those lovelies on my feet.

  7. I have been craving the Aralia boots! I just got the Bassey, and love them, and want more Duo boots that fit my narrow calves to help keep my legs warm for the snowy winter ahead!

  8. I NEED the Olson boots in Black… !! And congratulations on five years, thank goodness you kept to it, you’re where I go when I need some uplift to my day!!

  9. I would love a pair of the gables, I had a pair like those in college and loved them. I am so glad they are back in style.

  10. It is so hard to pick just one because I love the Bach and the Amore! I would pair them with a pair of leather pants or skirt and a nice silk blouse and blazer. Congrats on 5 blog years! Much success for many more years!

  11. I am in love with the Leighton Over The Knee Boots. I have such a hard time getting wide calf boots because they are more costly, but I would rock these boots with everything!

  12. I love the Walton boot at Duoboots.com. I need a dark brown boot and it would look great with Items in my closet.

  13. I love Duo’s offerings but have never ordered from them. I currently need a replacement pair of boots so winning some would be an early Christmas miracle! 🙂 I love the Hutton, I feel like I could rock over the knee boots with just about everything!

  14. So many to choose from , but I can see my feet in the Farrah boots from Duoboots.com rocking them with just about anything.

  15. So many cute boots to choose from, but I especially adore the black Beaumont boots. They would go perfectly with all kinds of skirts and dresses, and skinny jeans as well!

  16. Oh my God,this is such an amazing opportunity! I have so narrow calves I cannot ever find the boots that fit. And getting one in Belice style with narrow shaft would be the best present EVER.

  17. Oh, and I also want to add, that even though I am not that “curvy” (my sister is), I still enjoy the blog. Nothing wrong with that ehh? 🙂

  18. I’m glad to see wide calf boots customized. I hate going into plus size stores buying wide width boots. I have a medium width foot with big calves.

  19. I think that the Liza boots are just about the cutest things ever. I also bought the Knights. I love having boots that actually fit!

  22. Congrats!!! You are such a help…loved that I found you!
May we have you for many many more years to come!!!
Seymour flat knee high boot looks like my style. I would wear with a pencil skirt and a cropped jacket.
Of…of course with some tights and a chunky sweater.

  23. Lately i have been feeling ankle boots and the Beau suede ankle boot does it for me! Yas Nessa girl! I would work them for either Christmas or New Years with a crisp white button down and burgundy skater skirt.

  24. I’ve been on the prowl for my first pair of cute knee high boots (I’m usually just rocking bootcut or trouser leg everything!) and I am in love with the styling of the Belice boot in the Black Baroque color/styling. The design on the boot is exquisite, sure to be great with a skirt or dress, exactly what I’m looking for to rock the holidays!

  25. I would love the Denver boots!! OMG…I would wear those bad boys with my super cute rust colored jeans….and I have a sweater that reminds me of Marilyn Monroe that would looks so sweet with those boots. I want to put my Big Ole feet in those boots! THANKS!!!

Something about the buckles on the back and the rounded toe. Love the fact that you can choose the calf size of the boots. That is SO helpful!!!

    Congratulations on the 5 years

  38. Okay… Confession. I have HUGE calves… I think about 18-19″ and I have been looking for boots everywhere! As a plus size model it is embarrassing to not be able to keep up with the winter fashions and wear boots. I can only pull off ankle booties because every single pair of boots I have EVER worn don’t fit. One time, at forever 21, I tried on a pair of boots 3 sizes bigger than I wear just to see if the calf would fit… and it didn’t. I NEED these boots so I can show society that us extra wide calved women got it goin on too.

  39. There over the knee boots are gorgeous, especially the Lexington ones. I’ve never been able to find boots that go past my calves because of my wide calves. So the fact they have some for wide calves is awesome!

  40. I love all the boots so hard to choose. I like the Rocky boots. I’d wear them with leggings and a sweater to a restaurant with my hubby. Thank You for the giveaway.

  41. Too many beauties to choose from, but I think I would like the Duke boot as it is somewhat plain with a little bit of detail. I would wear them to work with a dress and leggings as tights, or tucked into my jeans with a long sweater.

  42. I would rock the black Belice boots with the black cowl neck sweater dress that I’m going to wear on Christmas. And, triple dog DARE somebody to tell me I’m not cute. LOL!

  43. I would have a grunge moment with the McQueen ankle booties. I would rock a pair of distress jeans with a plaid top. Add a black beanie, boyfriend watch, gold earrings and a necklace and the look is complete.

  44. I like the GABLE boots. I would wear them with skinny jeans and a chunky sweater. thank you!
