Caribbean Fashion Plus Week

When I heard about this event, I was intrigued and excited!  Seeing that the demand for plus size fashion has reach new heights and in countries that plus size fashion barely exists, I HAD TO SHARE! I mean, seeing different countries challenge barriers is amazing!!

So, let me tell you about the Caribbean Fashion Plus +Week.

Produced by CARIVOG International, Caribbean Fashion Plus Week sets to be the plus size fashion event where Caribbean and International industry can come together to not only talk about fashion, but more importantly- the BUSINESS of plus size fashion!

Set on the stage of Trinidad and Tobago (UM VACATION ANTYONE?) from October 31st  through Nov 4th 2012 at the Cascadia Hotel in St. Ann’s, the four days will host fashion shows, panel discussions, and of course networking!

“The focus of Caribbean Fashion Plus +Week 2012 is to create a fashion-friendly environment within which the needs of the plus size communities of the world can be served. Caribbean Fashion Plus +Week 2012 is an event which will facilitate and encourage vibrant networking, educational fashion seminars and will support the on-going process of building a more prominent plus size fashion industry in the Caribbean and access to greater comfort, style and quality fashion industry products. The final runway will showcase an exciting selection of the latest designs from the Caribbean and around the world for the plus-size and big-and-tall community. “
